    Furriends is an Australian family owned apparel brand for pet lovers. We branched away from our sister company vet-n-pet DIRECT in June 2021. vet-n-pet DIRECT has been in operation since 2005 and we know Furriends is going to be around for a long time too 🙂 To read more of our story you can read more on our About Us page.

    We print and ship our garments from the small regional town of Beaudesert which is located about 1.5hrs south of Brisbane in Queensland, Australia.

    At this point in time we do not have a physical store front. However you may see us at local pet lovers markets from time to time. If you are in the local area, feel free to drop in and see the staff at vet-n-pet DIRECT. They are always wearing something from the Furriends line up.

    Our online store is available for shopping 24/7. We employ all Australian staff and our customer service team is available to help you from Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. They enjoy evenings and weekends off to play with their own pets and families, but they are very efficient at getting in touch with you when they are in the office. They will usually get back to you the same day or the very next business day if you contact us out of hours or on the weekend.

    We are always looking to partner with new social influencers and creatives who produce great content and embrace the pet owner life.

    We have no minimum audience size requirement because, just like our brand, we know its quality over quantity that counts.

    All applications will be considered based on merit and fit for our current brand campaigns and existing Ambassador roster.

    To get the longest life from your fresh new Furriends printed garment please follow these care instructions:

    Machine cold wash with like colours

    Do not bleach

    Line dry in shade

    Do not tumble dry

    Do not iron print

    Do not dry clean

    We offer a 60 day return window from the date of delivery and for our Australian customers, we'll cover the return shipping costs as well as the costs of shipping any replacement items to you.     If you want to order Furriends gear for your pet related group or team and you would like to do a bulk order then please get in touch. We can even incorporate team logos or consider custom designs. If you are a retailer, at this point in time we do not have a stockist programe. However we may add one in the future.


    We currently ship all orders with Australia Post.

    We ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. During peak periods we will also ship on other days.

    Delivery time once shipped will depend on where you are, in relation to Brisbane, South East Queensland. The following are estimated delivery times via standard shipping, once your order has been fulfilled and left us. These are only estimates and are dependent on mail services in your area.

    Local/Brisbane Area: 1-2 business days

    South East Queensland: 2-3 business days

    North & West Queensland: 3-4 business days

    Sydney: 2-3 business days

    New South Wales: 3-4 business days

    Melbourne: 3-4 business days

    Victoria: 4-5 business days

    South Australia: 4-5 business days

    Tasmania: up to 7 business days

    Western Australia: 10-14 business days

    Northern Territory: 10-14 business days

    Express Post is also available for orders in Australia at additional cost. Please note that not all areas are in overnight Express Post delivery areas.

    Yes, we offer free shipping within Australia only for all orders over $80

    We do ship to a limited number of international destinations, including the US and NZ. Unfortunately we are currently not shipping to England.

    Collection of orders is available from the vet-n-pet DIRECT warehouse in Jimboomba. As we print and assemble our orders in Beaudesert, same day orders and collection is currently not possible. We will notify you when your order is ready to collect. Our Beaudesert location is currently unable to accomodate local pickup.

    Once your order is shipped you will receive an email that includes your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to track it via Australia Posts website.
