Fathers Day this year is on Sunday September 1. If you are requiring an item in time for Fathers Day we recommend ordering no later than the following dates for delivery within Australia:

We will continue to process orders after these dates, but your best chance for pre Fathers Day delivery is to order prior to these dates. Please note we do not guarantee on-time arrival. Once we dispatch the goods, your parcel is carried by Australia Post and unanticipated delays can occur within their network. The earlier you order the better chance of success!

We ship all orders with Australia Post. Please note that we generally ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (daily in peak seasons) so please factor that in if you require something urgently. Please allow us 2-3 days to prepare, print and pack your order depending on order volumes. Some custom manufactured items such as custom printed headbands may take up to 7 days to ship.
Australian delivery times once shipped vary based on your distance from us (South East Queensland, Australia). As a general guide under normal circumstances for Standard post:
Local/Brisbane Area: 1-2 business days
South East Queensland: 2-3 business days
North & West Queensland: 3-4 business days
Sydney: 2-3 business days
New South Wales: 3-4 business days
Melbourne: 3-4 business days
Victoria: 4-5 business days
South Australia: 4-5 business days
Tasmania: up to 7 business days
Western Australia: 10-14 business days
Northern Territory: 10-14 business days
Express orders do arrive faster, but are not guaranteed to be overnight to any area.
We ship to other international locations with shipping starting at $11.95 AUD. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.
Airmail has an average delivery time of 6-12 working days once shipped ( not including weekend days and public holidays) but can be longer to some destinations.
Please keep in mind that international orders can be delayed due to the country’s custom procedures and delays in customs can occur. Any import duties, customs duties or restrictions incurred by international customers are the responsibility of the customer and are beyond the control of Furriends. International customers are advised to check with the relevant authorities in their country before placing an order with Furriends.
Tracking Information
Once your item ships you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its progress until it arrives to you.
Delays with all carriers can be experienced during peak times. Please check with your postal service for their latest updates.
We ship our orders using home compostable satchels and labels or cardboard cartons so when you receive it, you can either reuse the satchel, or pop it in your compost bin or worm farm.
